We have a small team that we run an inhouse training programme for that allows people to grow within their jobs. We don't look at age we have one of the best Head Housekeepers who is just 19 years old, we have two fun guys who wash up for us one in his 70's who just can't stop singing. We are a multi-cultural team with staff from India, Spain, Scotland, England.
