The Inn is situated only 1 hour from Edinburgh Airport and 1 ½ from Glasgow. By double clicking on the map we have arranges a link to a rout planner that will not only allow you to print out a map but give you directions to the Inn. You will need the address from your departure point and the Inns address as your arrival destination.
The best map size to go onto is 200.000 as it shows a good overview of the routes into the Inn. Below shows route planners that we have done from the 4 main directions whilst heading for the Inn and St Andrews. From Edinburgh & the South
From Edinburgh follow the signs for the Forth road bridge (there is a toll of 80p on the bridge). This takes you on to the M90, follow this to Junction 2A (the A92) and follow the signs for Kirkcaldy.
Continue on this road until you come to a roundabout. Take the 3rd exit from this roundabout and continue to the next roundabout where you follow the A915 signposted Leven.
Keep on the A915 through Leven to Upper Largo having passed through Lundin Links.
In Upper Largo the A915 goes off to the left - it is signposted Largoward and St Andrews.( Do not go straight on here as this is the coast road to St Andrews.)
Pass through Largoward and you will see the Inn on the right approximately 1 mile closer to St Andrews.
From Cupar
At the east end of Cupar you will see a public park. Just beside this you will see the signs for the B940.
Follow this through the village of Pitscottie (straight on at the cross roads) until you come to the village of Peat Inn - opposite the hotel there turn left and follow this road to the next junction (you will see a sign here which says Higham Toll).
Turn right onto the A915 for approx half a mile, the Inn is on the left at the side of the road.
From Dundee & the North East
From Dundee cross the Tay Road Bridge (80p toll) at the south end follow the A92 to the next roundabout. Take the first exit (A919) and follow this via Leuchars and Guardbridge to St Andrews.
On reaching St Andrews continue to the 2nd roundabout and turn right, this will take you to a further roundabout where you continue straight on.
Follow this road past Safeway supermarket and out of the town on the A915 for approx 5 miles. You will pass through the village of Cameron and in about 2 miles the Inn is on the right hand side of the road.
From Perth & the North
From Perth follow the signs for Edinburgh and the Forth Road Bridge, this will take you on to the M90. Follow this until the signs for the A913 (approx 2 miles) take this exit and follow the A 913 to a roundabout and there follow the signs for Cupar & St Andrews.
Continue following these signs to Cupar and there you will come to the junction with the A91.
Turn left and go right through the town until you see a public park on your right. Just after this you will see the signs for the B940 to the right.

From Stirling
From Stirling take the A9 north to Perth. At the approach to Perth follow the signs for Edinburgh and the Forth Road Bridge, this will take you on to the M90.
Follow this until the signs for the A913 (approx 2 miles) take this exit and follow the A 913 to a roundabout and there follow the signs for Cupar. Continue following these signs to Cupar and there you will come to the junction with the A91.
Turn left through the town until you see the signs for the B940.
